1. Minimum 10+2 pass (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
2. Have passed Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) certificate course from IIBF (100 hours training)
3. Possesses thorough knowledge of the RBI guidelines for NPA Recovery
4. Good public relations/communication skills
5. Proficiency in net search for tracing parties & assets
6. 3-5 years’ experience in NPA Recoveries
7. Candidates with own transport preferred
8. Remuneration 20K (Basic)+ Performance Linked Incentives (PLI)
