- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise communication initiatives (SMS, Email, Push, WhatsApp, Chatbots, CPaaS).
- Own the project lifecycle, including scope, timelines, budget, quality, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
- Build integrated delivery plans and manage dependencies and critical paths.
- Drive Agile ceremonies while maintaining executive-level reporting.
- Lead implementation of notification engines, message orchestration, templates, segmentation, and triggers.
- Oversee API integrations with CRM, mobile applications, core banking, middleware, and data platforms.
- Establish governance for compliance, consent management, audit traceability, and data privacy.
- Maintain RAID logs and manage vendor SLAs.
- Run UAT, release readiness activities, and post-launch stability monitoring.
- Optimize communication journeys for engagement, throughput, and cost efficiency.
- Strong governance, delivery leadership, and vendor management capabilities.
- Experience with platforms such as Twilio, Infobip, Braze, Adobe Campaign, SendGrid, and Firebase.
- Knowledge of Agile tools (Jira / Azure DevOps, Confluence) and workflow tools (Visio, Miro, Figma).
- Understanding of CI/CD and basic cloud concepts (Azure / AWS / GCP).
- Excellent stakeholder communication, negotiation, and executive reporting skills.
- Strong ownership mindset with a structured problem-solving approach.
- 7–10 years of total experience, including 4+ years leading communication platform projects.
- Proven delivery of omnichannel messaging and CPaaS integrations.
- Experience in regulated environments (privacy, consent, audit, and records management).
- Background in API-led and event-driven architectures.
- Exposure to banking or financial services ecosystems is preferred.
