Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and proactive Business Development Associate - Telesales. The role involves building new client relationships, maintaining partnerships, and managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure to help expand our financial services. And collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and continual improvement in service delivery.
Core Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote financial products or services.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively pitch relevant offerings.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Record customer interactions and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and improve sales strategies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques to enhance performance.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging with potential clients and conveying information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities are crucial for effectively presenting product benefits and closing sales.
- The capacity to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude is vital in a telesales environment.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and contributing to the team's success is highly valued.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
