CITY LINE INTERIORS is a fast-growing startup in the interior and turnkey execution industry, focused on building organized systems, transparent operations, and a professionally driven work culture. We are looking for a confident and proactive Telecaller who can generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and support business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
· Making outbound calls to prospective clients and leads
· Generating and qualifying leads for interior design and turnkey projects
· Following up with inquiries received through various marketing channels
· Maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential customers
· Understanding client requirements and sharing relevant information
· Coordinating with management regarding lead status and conversions
· Regularly updating Excel sheets, and lead databases
· Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets
Candidate Profile
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Fluency in Hindi and basic English communication
· Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or lead generation preferred
· Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
· Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented personality
· Strong follow-up and coordination skills
