Job Summary
We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our organization as Tour Managers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The primary responsibility is to organize and manage day-to-day tour operations and ensure the successful completion of trips as planned while contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Bangalore
Compensation:
- Performance Incentive: ₹20,000 upon successful completion of 10 tours
- Additional payment for tours completed beyond the initial 10 tours
Requirements:
- Good communication skills – verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn.
