Position: Technical Support Engineer
Location: Pashan, Pune
Experience: 0–1 Year
Qualification: B.E. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or Electronics & Telecommunication from any Government-recognized University.
Salary: Based on Interview Performance
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, desktop, laptop, and networking issues.
- Install, configure, and support Microsoft Outlook, VPN, and printers.
- Diagnose and resolve operating system-related issues.
- Support video conferencing systems and audio-visual equipment.
- Assist in basic management and troubleshooting of servers, switches, and storage devices.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of desktop support, hardware, software, and networking.
- Knowledge of Outlook, VPN configuration, and printer support.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer support skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
