Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Programme Manager – Social Empowerment Department to lead, plan, and execute social development initiatives under our CSR activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, project management, and community engagement skills with proven experience in managing social empowerment programmes and CSR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and monitor social empowerment programmes and community development initiatives
- Lead CSR projects from conceptualization to execution and impact assessment
- Develop programme strategies aligned with organisational goals and community needs
- Coordinate with stakeholders, government agencies, NGOs, educational institutions, and community groups
- Manage programme budgets, documentation, reports, and compliance requirements
- Monitor programme outcomes and prepare impact assessment reports
- Lead and mentor programme teams to ensure effective implementation of activities
- Identify opportunities for new social initiatives and partnerships
- Ensure timely execution and successful completion of projects and activities
- Represent the organisation in meetings, events, and CSR-related forums
Requirements
- Master of Social Work (MSW) – Mandatory
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in social empowerment programmes, CSR initiatives, or community development projects
- Experience in a managerial or leadership role preferred
- Proven experience in planning, managing, and executing social development projects
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills
- Proficiency in documentation, report writing, and project management
