Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers/students from the provided database
- Explain company services/products/courses clearly and confidently
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries
- Maintain follow-ups and update call status regularly
- Schedule appointments, counselling sessions, or visits if required
- Maintain daily call reports and CRM updates
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
- Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction
