Role Summary
Seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Lead Consultant to manage end-to-end AMS (Application Maintenance Services), support operations, enhancements, and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors landscape.
This is a leadership + solution ownership role, requiring strong hands-on expertise in Employee Central (EC) along with experience in multi-country support and global HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Ownership & Governance
Own and oversee SAP SuccessFactors landscape in support environment
Manage architecture across modules: EC, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning
Ensure alignment with global HR policies and business processes
Define governance, design standards, and change management processes
Support & Incident Management
Provide expert resolution for complex L3 escalations
Guide L1/L2 support teams for incident resolution
Drive root cause analysis and preventive fixes for recurring issues
Coordinate with technical teams for system stability
Release & Change Management
Manage quarterly SAP SuccessFactors release impact analysis
Lead regression testing planning and execution
Evaluate new features, enhancements, and deprecations
Ensure smooth deployment of configuration and integrations
Continuous Improvement
Identify automation and process improvement opportunities
Drive system enhancements and UX improvements
Manage mini-projects, upgrades, and module expansions
Ensure compliance with SAP best practices
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead SuccessFactors support and functional teams
Manage offshore/onshore delivery coordination
Collaborate with HR, IT, Security, Audit, and external vendors
Mentor junior consultants and ensure SLA adherence
Required Skills & Experience
SAP SuccessFactors
8+ years SAP HR / HCM experience
5+ years hands-on SuccessFactors experience
Strong expertise in Employee Central (mandatory)
Experience in EC sub-modules + Time Off across geographies
Exposure to Recruiting, Onboarding, PMGM
Implementation & Support Experience
Minimum 2 End-to-End (E2E) SuccessFactors implementations
Greenfield implementations
Multi-module + multi-country (30+ countries)
Minimum 3+ AMS/support engagements
Experience handling global clients (Asia, Europe, Americas)
Integration & Technical Knowledge
Employee Central integrations with external systems
SAP CPI / Integration Center / APIs
Strong understanding of SF architecture and data model
Governance & Operations
Quarterly release management
Change control and regression testing
Incident / problem management in AMS model
Preferred Skills
SuccessFactors EC Associate Certification
Additional SF module certifications
Experience in multi-country localization projects
Strong exposure to global HR transformation programs

Strong stakeholder management across global teams
Ability to manage high-pressure support environments
Strong analytical and communication skills
Pay: ₹443,072.24 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
