Profile: Head of Sales-Ecommerce-Surat-6 LPA
Experience:
7-10+ years total experience
- 3-5 years in SaaS / E-commerce / Retail-Tech sales (B2B)
- Experience in building/scaling sales teams from scratch
Salary Range: 40k to 50k + incentives
Roles:
- Design and execute go-to-market strategy
- Define ICP, pricing, and sales approach
- Own revenue targets, forecasting & pipeline
- Build end-to-end sales funnel (lead closure)
- Set up CRM, reporting, and sales processes
- Develop pitch decks, sales playbooks, and tools
- Hire, train, and manage sales team
- Conduct field visits, coaching, and performance tracking
- Set targets and incentive structures
- Work with marketing for lead generation
- Coordinate with product & tech for feedback
- Ensure smooth onboarding with support teams
- Close high-value deals personally
- Build strategic partnerships & key accounts
- Develop case studies and reference clients
Qualification:
- Graduate (any field)
- MBA in Sales/Marketing - Preferred
