Our first priority will be automating the Probe area.
Main Job Responsibilities
Responding to requests for improvements to existing automation systems (Requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, operator training)
Implementation of new automation systems for new equipment (Requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, operator training)
Understanding, improving, and automating manual operations (SmartFactoruKaikaku Project)
Maintenance and upkeep of existing production systems
主な業務内容
BAW SAW 製造ラインの生産システムをタイムリーに導入しマニュアル作業の自動化することでオペミス削減、作業効率向上、製品品質を向上させる。
まずはProbeエリアの自動化に優先して業務に取り組む。

既存装置のAutomationシステムの改善要望対応（要求取り纏め、設計、開発、テスト、導入、オペトレ）
新規装置のAutomationシステムの導入（要求取り纏め、設計、開発、テスト、導入、オペトレ）
マニュアル運用の把握と整備、自動化（SmartFactoruKaikakuProject）
既存の生産システムの保守、維持
