A staff nurse provides direct bedside patient care, assesses health needs, develops nursing care plans, administers medications, and monitors vital signs. - Patient Care: Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for assigned patients.
- Clinical Procedures: Administering medications (oral, intravenous, injections), dressing wounds, catheterization, and operating medical equipment.
- Monitoring and Documentation: Taking and recording vital signs, observing patient conditions, and maintaining updated electronic or physical records.
- Support and Education: Providing emotional support to patients, assisting with daily hygiene, feeding, and educating patients/families on health management.
- Collaboration: Working with doctors and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate treatments and managing ward inventory or supplies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: A diploma, Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN), or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
