- Greet and welcome visitors professionally.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes when required.
- Provide basic information to clients and customers.
- Perform data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Coordinate with other departments to support office operation
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
