## Key Responsibilities
* Supervise the daily housekeeping operations of guest rooms, public areas, café, and back-of-house spaces, Swimming Pool & garden.
* Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping attendants to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
* Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
* Prepare daily work schedules, assign duties, and monitor staff performance.
* Monitor inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, guest amenities, and housekeeping equipment, and report replenishment requirements.
* Coordinate with the Front Office, Maintenance, and Operations teams to ensure rooms are guest-ready and maintenance issues are resolved promptly.
* Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
* Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns.
* Maintain housekeeping records, checklists, and inventory documentation.
* Assist the Housekeeping Manager in improving operational efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
## Requirements
* 2–5 years of housekeeping experience in hotels, resorts, or hospitality, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred.
* Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, and hygiene standards.
* Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
* Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
* Basic knowledge of inventory management and housekeeping documentation.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
## Additional Job Details
* Rotational shifts are mandatory.
* Weekly off will be provided on a rotational basis and will not be scheduled on Saturdays or Sundays.
* Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per business requirements.
