- Research and provide accurate and up-to-date information on travel destinations, attractions, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.
- Recommend suitable travel packages, tours, and activities based on clients' interests, ensuring an exceptional travel experience.
- Assist in making travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, travel insurance, and other travel-related services.
- Utilize computerized reservation systems and online booking platforms to check availability, compare prices, and secure bookings.
- Process and confirm travel bookings, ensuring accuracy of information and timely delivery of travel documents to clients.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers to manage bookings, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless travel experience.
- Stay updated on travel trends, industry regulations, and destination-specific information to provide reliable and comprehensive advice to clients.
