Job Summary
We are looking for a warm, professional, and guest-focused Hospitality Host to create a welcoming experience for guests from arrival to departure. The role will support guest relations, F&B service, and daily hospitality operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Assist guests with seating, check-in, and general requests.
- Provide information about the property, facilities, menu, and services.
- Take and coordinate food and beverage orders when required.
- Ensure guests receive prompt and attentive service.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, and other departments.
- Assist with restaurant setup, service, and closing duties.
- Support upselling of F&B items and property services.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, cleanliness, and hospitality.
- Follow company procedures and ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Assist with events and special guest requirements when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or guest relations is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a strong customer-service attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Good English communication; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Well-groomed, professional, and confident when interacting with guests.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
