We are hiring a motivated and detail oriented Freight Sales representative to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the U.S. freight industry and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate professionally with carriers, shippers, and receivers via phone and email
Negotiate rates with Customers
Provide lane quotes and pricing to customers promptly
Schedule pickup and delivery appointments with shippers and receivers
Maintain accurate records and daily updates in CRM or load management systems
Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and clients
Requirements:
Minimum 3 months of experience in a U.S.-based freight brokerage
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Strong email and phone etiquette
Confident negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently from home
