current assignment includes ......coordination & monitoring of all Retail Engineering & MIS activities from Zonal office, sound technical / IT competency with exposure to managing data base and coordination activities with different stake holders from the office.
Managing automation and connectivity operations across regions and outlets.
Handling SAP Contracts and processing Purchase Orders & Release Orders, Managing LPR documentation and coordination with vendors and also Processing GRN and PRF in SAP system.
Preparing MIS reports using Advanced Excel (Pivot, Lookup Functions, Data Validation, etc.).
Handling SAP operations including contract management, release order creation, LPR Creation, GRN/PRF and SAP MIS/report generation.
