Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of student counsellors
- Own team-level revenue targets and overall performance metrics
- Conduct daily performance reviews, training sessions, and coaching interventions
- Ensure CRM accuracy, follow-up discipline, and adherence to company policies
- Coordinate with senior management on sales strategy and execution plans
- Drive sustainable revenue growth, team stability, and counsellor retention
Eligibility & Requirements
- Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams
- Strong leadership, reporting, and accountability skills
- Ability to handle targets, pressure, and performance-driven environments
- Experience in EdTech or education sales is preferred
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
