Location: Siddipet, Telangana
Experience: 4–5 Years
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 CTC per Month
Employment Type: Full-Time
What You'll Do
✅ Lead end-to-end recruitment and mass hiring initiatives
✅ Manage employee onboarding and HR operations
✅ Coordinate payroll, attendance, and HR documentation
✅ Ensure compliance with EPF, ESI, Factory Act & Labour Laws
✅ Handle contractor workforce management
✅ Support industrial relations and employee engagement
✅ Prepare HR MIS reports and workforce analytics
Who We're Looking For
✔ 4–5 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry
✔ Strong expertise in labour laws and statutory compliance
✔ Hands-on experience in factory HR and mass recruitment
✔ Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
✔ MBA (HR), MSW, or PGDM (HR) will be an added advantage
✔ Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English
