We are looking for a revenue leader, pipeline builder, strategist, and growth architect-someone who understands how modern B2B demand generation works across Intent Data, ABM, Content Syndication, Pipeline Acceleration, HQL/MQL Programs, Webinars, AI-driven targeting, and Enterprise GTM orchestration.
This role is ideal for a strong Individual Contributor with the vision and leadership capability to eventually build and scale a high-performance revenue team.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive enterprise revenue growth and client acquisition
· Build and expand strategic partnerships and key accounts
· Develop and execute GTM and pipeline generation strategies
· Strong experience in CS, HQL, MQL, ABM, intent-driven campaigns, digital advertising or pipeline generation
· Collaborate with AI-driven platform (VAIS) for targeting and optimization
· Own end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
· Eventually build, mentor, and scale a high-performing revenue team
What We Are Looking For
· 8-15 years of experience in B2B sales, revenue, demand generation, or media ecosystem
· Strong expertise in CS, HQL, MQL, ABM, intent-driven campaigns, and pipeline generation
· Experience working with companies like Demandbase, TechTarget, Madison Logic, Ziff Davis, Integrate, etc.
· Established enterprise network across SaaS, Tech, AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Martech industries
· Strong command of HubSpot CRM with years of practical experience in campaign execution, lead management, workflow automation, lead scoring, etc.
· Proven ability to convert conversations into long-term revenue partnerships
· Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities
· Hungry mindset to build, scale, and dominate markets
Ideal Qualifications (Must Have)
· 8-15 years of experience in B2B sales, demand generation, or advertising ecosystem
· Strong revenue ownership and target-driven experience
· Existing books of accounts with enterprise clients
· Experience managing CPL campaigns, content syndication, ABM programs
· Strong pipeline generation and closing capabilities
· 3-5 years of experience using HubSpot CRM

Compensation: Competitive Fixed + Performance Incentives
