· MBBS, MD / BHMS, MD / BAMS, MD.
· At least 2-3 year ICU experience.
· Must be proficient in Intubation, CVP line insertion, CPR training.
· Manage critically ill patients in ICU environments.
· Must be proficient in handling ventilators, defibrillator.
· Perform life-saving emergency procedures and resuscitation.
· Work in close coordination with intensivists and other specialists.
· Continuously monitor patient condition and adapt treatment accordingly.
· Ensure thorough documentation and maintain accurate medical records and Patients File.
· Communicate effectively with patients' families and support decision-making.
· Team-oriented with a commitment to patient care excellence at Yash Hospital.
· Familiarity with basic medical software and NABH documentation.
· Must be willing to work Rotational shift (03 Shifts) & especially night shifts.
· Must be there immediate joining.
