Job Description :-
- 6-10 years of experience as a Civil Engineer on residential high-rise projects (minimum one project taken from finishing stage to handover/close-out)
- Strong knowledge of finishing works, snagging/de-snagging, and quality standards for high-rise residential (RCC, waterproofing, tiling, doors/windows, painting, common areas)

Hands-on experience in coordinating with MEP teams during final testing & commissioning and ensuring closure of all interface issues before handoverExperience in preparing and reviewing as-built drawings, checklists, and handover documentation (O&M manuals, warranties, test reports, completion certificates)Ability to coordinate with consultants, local authorities, and internal departments for occupancy/completion certificates and statutory clearances

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
