Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of our office. This role is central to maintaining an efficient, professional, and welcoming environment while supporting key internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office setup and ensure common areas are organized and welcoming.

Manage executive calendars and coordinate meetings using Outlook.

Digitize and organize documents using platforms such as Therefore.

Process and file payments to vendors, contractors, and credit card statements.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, internal mail (valija), and postal coordination.

Monitor and restock office supplies and kitchen inventory.

Manage the distribution of checks, access cards, auto documentation, and parking passes.

Support audit processes by preparing and organizing documentation.

Distribute official communications and ensure formatting compliance.

Maintain administrative controls and document quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital document platforms.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

High level of discretion and reliability.

Fluent in Spanish with working knowledge of English.
