Job Summary
The Field Officer will be responsible for supervising site-level facility and security operations, ensuring staff discipline, compliance, and smooth day-to-day functioning as per company and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise security and facility staff at assigned sites
- Ensure attendance, punctuality, and proper duty deployment
- Monitor staff discipline, grooming, and performance
- Coordinate with site supervisors and operations team
- Handle day-to-day operational issues at sites
- Maintain duty registers, attendance records, and reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client instructions
- Support deployment, replacement, and training of site staff
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in facility or security field operations
- Experience in site supervision and manpower handling
- Hindi language proficiency is mandatory
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Willingness to travel between sites
- Age - 28+ years
