Job Summary
Algomail Solutions is seeking a proactive and ambitious Business Development & Sales Intern to join our growing team. This role offers hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and business development.
As an intern, you will work directly with the sales and leadership teams to identify potential clients, engage prospects, schedule meetings, and contribute to the company's growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients across multiple industries.
- Generate and qualify leads using LinkedIn, email outreach, and online research.
- Assist in executing outbound sales and lead generation campaigns.
- Engage with prospects and schedule discovery meetings.
- Follow up with potential clients and nurture relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach performance.
- Support the achievement of weekly and monthly business development goals.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Strong research and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in sales, business development, entrepreneurship, and marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead generation.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, or sales outreach platforms.
- Previous internship, project, freelance, or customer-facing experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of email marketing and outbound sales strategies is advantageous.
