Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and relationship-driven Corporate Alliance Executive to build strategic partnerships with corporate organizations across various industries. The candidate will be responsible for generating corporate collaborations that support training projects, internships, placements, recruitment drives, industrial visits, live projects, guest lectures, and customized corporate training programs.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, networking, negotiation, and business development skills with a passion for creating meaningful industry-academia collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and establish relationships with corporate organizations across Maximum of IT industry, Manufacturing, BFSI, Healthcare, Core Engineering, and other industries.
- Generate new business opportunities for corporate training, employee upskilling, campus hiring, and customized learning solutions.
- Build strategic partnerships for internships, live projects, industrial visits, hackathons, guest lectures, workshops, and placement collaborations.
- Meet HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development (L&D), Training Managers, and business leaders to understand their hiring and training requirements.
- Pitch Amypo Technologies' training services, talent solutions, placement support, and academic collaboration programs.
- Schedule and conduct corporate meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and partnership discussions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, partnership agreements, and Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
- Negotiate commercial terms and close corporate partnership agreements.
- Work closely with the Training, Placement, and Operations teams to ensure the successful execution of corporate projects.
- Develop project-based collaborations where students receive real-time industry exposure, and upon successful completion of the project, coordinate with the corporate partner to facilitate placement opportunities for eligible students in the respective organization, based on the company's hiring requirements and student performance.
- Coordinate campus recruitment drives, internship programs, and corporate hiring initiatives.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing corporate partners to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Track and manage the sales pipeline, corporate database, and partnership activities through CRM or internal reporting systems.
- Represent Amypo Technologies at industry events, conferences, networking forums, career fairs, and business meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of projects.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development and alliance targets.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing, HR, or Business Development) is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in Corporate Relations, Business Development, Corporate Sales, Client Acquisition or the EdTech industry.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
