- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls with international customers professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets, including quality and productivity metrics.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Follow company policies, compliance standards, and communication protocols.
- Work in rotational or night shifts based on international business requirements.
- Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Confident, professional, and customer-oriented approach.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or MS Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in international customer support, telecalling, BPO, or international voice processes is preferred.
