Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scenarios for banking applications with a focus on FIS-Systematics applications.
- Develop and maintain scenarios for banking applications with a focus on high-quality, efficient, and secure programming.
- Provide expert-level programming support for Mainframe Z/OS, MVS, ISDSF, and JCL, ensuring optimal performance of banking systems.
- Utilize expertise in Cobol, CICS Transaction System, and Assembler to develop and troubleshoot banking software.
- Work extensively with FIS-Systematics ( RM, SC, IM, ST,AM,TS,GN,...) to develop and enhance functionalities, ensuring seamless integration with various banking modules.
- Provide expert-level support for the Systematics General Ledger Interface, specifically in accounting and finance-related areas.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions for continuous system optimization and enhancement.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization on the Mainframe platform.
- Document development processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements across all systems.
- Participate in after-hours support rotations as needed for critical production issues.
Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in Mainframe Z/OS, MVS, ISDSF, and JCL with at least 10 years of hands-on experience.
- Proficient in Cobol, CICS Transaction System, and Assembler, with 10+ years of experience in development and support.
- Extensive experience in working with FIS-Systematics
- Solid understanding of Systematics mainframe technologies ( RM, SC, IM, ST,AM,TS,GN)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and resolve complex production issues.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with banking financial systems and their integration points with core banking platforms.
Preferred Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in Systematic programming.
- Strong understanding of automated trading systems, trading strategies, and risk management.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
