Deliver a 5-day Train the Trainer program covering the end-to-end process of Manufacturing Cloud as implemented in our Salesforce environment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to draft a detailed training agenda and plan aligned with business requirements.
- Prepare tailored training materials, including process flows, slides, hands-on exercises, and quick reference guides.
- Facilitate interactive, practical sessions that include real-world use cases and system demonstrations.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to internal trainers, ensuring knowledge retention and confidence in delivery.
Gather feedback and continuously improve the training content and delivery method.

2+ years in Salesforce; 2+ years in Manufacturing Cloud

Experience in corporate Salesforce training

Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud; Manufacturing Cloud is a plus)

Excellent communication in English; Thai fluency preferred
