We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication and convincing skills, be comfortable with field visits, and have a passion for sales and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client site visits and assist with field measurements.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products & solutions.
- Generate new leads through field visits, references, and enquiries.
- Follow up with clients, enquiries, and quotations to convert leads into orders.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the office and operations team for order processing and execution.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and provide excellent customer service.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Confident and comfortable interacting with customers.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
- Experience in Glass / UPVC / Aluminium / Building Materials / Construction-related products will be an advantage.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a strong interest in sales.
