Job Description: Sales / Admission Counsellor
Role Overview:
The Sales / Admission Counsellor will be responsible for counselling prospective students, explaining course details, and converting inquiries into admissions. The role focuses on calling and following up with company-provided leads, ensuring a smooth admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company
Handle inbound inquiries from prospective students
Counsel students on courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities
Convert leads into confirmed admissions
Maintain and update lead and admission data using CRM tools and Excel
Follow up with interested candidates to close admissions
Coordinate with internal teams for student onboarding
Meet assigned admission and conversion targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline
Strong communication and convincing skills
Clear spoken English and/or regional language proficiency
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, internet)
Ability to work with targets and follow-up processes
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in education sales, admissions, tele-calling, or counselling (preferred but not mandatory)
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
