Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Junior BDE cum Lead Generation Executive to support our business development efforts by identifying potential clients and generating quality leads. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and other platforms
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities
- Initiate contact with prospects and schedule meetings/demo calls
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking sheets
- Support the sales team in proposal sharing and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve daily/weekly lead generation targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-2 year of experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales and lead generation process
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and email outreach
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM tools
- Knowledge of bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
