About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic HR Executive to join our team and take ownership of human resources functions. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and motivated freshers who are eager to build a career in HR. You'll work directly with leadership, drive people initiatives, and shape our company culture.
What You'll Do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of talent
- Administer employee benefits, payroll coordination, and compensation planning
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Maintain HRIS/ATS systems and generate HR analytics and reports
- Support organizational development, training programs, and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and labor regulations
- Contribute to company culture initiatives and employee engagement programs
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Basic understanding of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee relations)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
Preferred (but not required):
- 2+ years of HR experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (BambooHR, Workday, ADP, etc.) or ATS systems (Greenhouse, Naukri, etc.)
- Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements
- Experience with recruitment and talent sourcing
- Certification: SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent
- Data-driven mindset with comfort using HR analytics
