Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive high-value client acquisition, especially for premium villa and residential construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to convert leads into high-ticket projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert high-value leads (₹1 Cr+ residential projects)
- Develop relationships with HNIs, NRIs, and premium clients
- Handle client meetings, presentations, and project pitching
- Coordinate with architects and design teams for proposal alignment
- Identify new business opportunities in Chennai & surrounding regions
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle (lead → negotiation → closure)
- Build partnerships with real estate agents, consultants, and brokers
- Maintain CRM and track sales pipeline regularly
- Represent the company in exhibitions, events, and networking meets
Key Requirements
- 3–7 years experience in construction / real estate / architecture sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in handling premium or luxury clients is a must
- Ability to understand architectural drawings and concepts (preferred)
- Proven track record in closing high-value deals
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Experience working with villa projects or turnkey construction firms
- Exposure to NRI client handling is an added advantage
