Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily showroom floor operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and support sales activities.
- Manage and guide showroom staff.
- Maintain vehicle display, cleanliness, and showroom standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth operations.
- Prepare daily reports and update management.
Requirements
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to manage teams and customers effectively.
- Experience in automobile showroom operations preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
