About the Role
Global Skin Care & Hair Transplant Clinic is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Pharmacy & Surgical Inventory Executive to manage the clinic pharmacy and ensure uninterrupted availability of medicines, consumables, and surgical supplies.
This is not just a dispensing role.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of inventory management, stock planning, pharmacy operations, expiry tracking, vendor coordination, and preparation of consumables for hair transplant surgeries and clinic procedures.
The goal is simple:
No surgery should be delayed due to missing consumables. No patient should miss medication due to stock shortages.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinic Pharmacy Management
- Dispense prescribed medications accurately.
- Explain basic medication instructions to patients.
- Maintain pharmacy cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and documentation.
Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels of medicines and consumables.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Establish and track minimum stock levels.
- Generate purchase requirements proactively.
- Prevent stock-outs and emergency purchases.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits.
Hair Transplant Surgical Consumables Management
- Prepare consumables required for daily surgeries.
- Ensure OT supplies are available before surgery begins.
- Maintain procedure-specific inventory checklists.
- Track usage of surgical consumables.
- Coordinate with doctors and technicians regarding requirements.
Procurement & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate medicine and consumable purchases.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and distributors.
- Compare pricing and availability from vendors.
- Ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
Expiry & Quality Control
- Monitor medicine expiry dates regularly.
- Implement FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) inventory practices.
- Identify near-expiry items and report proactively.
- Remove expired products immediately as per protocol.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain inventory reports.
- Submit daily stock status updates.
- Submit weekly purchase requirement reports.
- Assist management with inventory planning and cost control.
Desired SkillsMandatory
- D.Pharm / B.Pharm qualification.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organizational skills.
Preferred
- Experience in clinic or hospital pharmacy.
- Experience managing inventory and stock audits.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, or inventory software.
- Experience handling OT or surgical consumables.

A successful Pharmacy & Surgical Inventory Executive:
