Job Summary
ThinkNEXT Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and dedicated IELTS & English Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and the ability to train students for IELTS as well as improve their spoken and written English.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver IELTS training for all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Conduct Spoken English and grammar sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and practice tests.
- Evaluate students' performance and provide regular feedback.
- Help students improve vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, and overall communication skills.
- Conduct mock interviews and speaking practice sessions.
- Maintain attendance records and student progress reports.
- Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam pattern and teaching methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or any relevant field.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong knowledge of IELTS exam structure and scoring criteria.
- Good presentation and classroom management skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide students.
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
- IELTS Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge.
