Role Description The Gen AI Artist will work full time on-site at our Mumbai studio, collaborating closely with directors, producers, and creative strategists to design and execute AI-driven visual content. Day-to-day responsibilities include experimenting with and fine-tuning generative models for video, images, and motion; creating style frames, concept art, and visual treatments using AI tools; and iterating quickly on creative prompts to meet artistic and brand requirements. The role involves preparing production-ready assets, refining outputs through compositing and post-processing, and maintaining visual continuity across campaigns and episodes. The Gen AI Artist will also help build and document repeatable AI pipelines, maintain asset libraries, and stay current with the latest GenAI tools, model releases, and techniques. Collaboration in a fast-paced studio environment and openness to creative feedback are essential.
Qualifications
- Strong visual storytelling, composition, and cinematic sense, with the ability to translate briefs into compelling AI-generated visuals.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools (e.g., image and video diffusion models, text-to-image, text-to-video, and motion synthesis workflows).
- Proficiency with digital art and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).
- Comfort with prompt engineering, style exploration, and rapid iteration to achieve specific aesthetic and brand directions.
- Basic understanding of AI/LLM concepts relevant to creative work (model limitations, biases, resolution constraints, upscaling, and optimization).
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively in a high-output studio environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and cross-functional teamwork.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating AI-assisted artwork, motion pieces, or experimental visuals (required).
- Preferred: Experience in film, advertising, music videos, gaming, or OTT content; familiarity
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
