Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the team during assigned shifts.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold Starbucks standards.
- Ensure smooth store operations, including cash handling, inventory, and food safety.
- Coach and motivate partners to achieve operational excellence.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail, hospitality, QSR, or customer service with relevant experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
