Vutto is a full-stack, phygital platform transforming the used two-wheeler market in India. We combine certified online listings with offline retail experience, in-house refurbishment, warranty support, and end-to-end documentation to deliver a seamless and trustworthy experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers and understand vehicle issues or service requirements
- Explain service processes, timelines, and costs clearly
- Inspect vehicles and prepare job cards with accurate details
- Record customer complaints and required repairs
- Assign jobs to technicians and monitor progress
- Ensure timely completion of service work
- Provide cost estimates for repairs and maintenance
- Get customer approval before additional work
- Ensure accurate billing and explain charges
- Verify completed work before vehicle delivery
- Ensure customer satisfaction at handover
KEY REQUIREMENT
- 4-8 years of Strong mechanical knowledge of bikes or motorcycles
- Understanding of materials (aluminum, carbon fiber, steel)
- Ability to read technical drawings/specs
- Familiarity with inspection tools (calipers, torque wrenches, gauges)
- Attention to detail (tiny faults matter )
- Problem-solving and clear reportin
- Basic electrical knowledge (for e-bikes or modern motorcycles)
