Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate to support business growth and market expansion in the pharmaceutical sector with minimum of 2 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, coordinating with clients, supporting product promotion activities, and maintaining strong professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical market.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, distributors, hospitals, and clients.
- Support sales and marketing activities to achieve business targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth business operations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business proposals.
- Assist in product launches and promotional activities.
- Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and business updates.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry trends.
- Ability to work in a team and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidate should possess B. Pharma with MBA qualification.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings and market visits.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
