We are seeking a reliable and skilled light commercial vehicle driver ( tata Ace/ Intra ) with a valid driving license with badge to join our team. The driver will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of road safety, excellent driving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Safely operate a four-wheeled vehicle (Commercial Vehicle), following all traffic laws and regulations.
- Transport goods to designated locations in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle, conducting regular checks and reporting any issues.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- Assist team members with getting in and out of the vehicle when necessary.
- Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery details.
- Follow scheduled routes and adapt to changes as needed.
- Adhere to all safety practices and protocols to ensure a safe driving environment.
- Exhibit professional behavior and a positive attitude while interacting with customers and the public.
*Qualifications:*
- Valid driver's license with a four-wheeler badge/authorization.
- Proven experience as a driver; experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Good knowledge of the local area and road networks.
- Strong navigation and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
