Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned franchise partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational, commercial, and business-related matters.
- Conduct regular business reviews with franchisees to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide consultative support to help franchisees achieve sales, profitability, and operational targets.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly performance reports and growth plans
- during business reviews.
- Analyze store performance and recommend action plans to improve financial and operational outcomes.
- Monitor execution of new product launches, promotions, and operational changes.
- Coach and mentor franchise owners, restaurant managers, and operations teams on best practices.
- Conduct potential market surveys for new stores following the New Store Feasibility Checklist.
- Drive achievement of business targets across the assigned territory.
- Ensure adherence to franchise agreements, company policies, statutory requirements, and operational standards.
- Monitor compliance with food safety, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.MBA is preferred.
- 6 – 10 years of experience in QSR, restaurant, hospitality, or retail operations.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
