Job Title: Mutual Fund Executive for 70+ years old Fintech Group.
Location – Vile Parle.
Education & Experience - Any Graduate having 1-2+ years of Experience from Broking Industry. Roles & Responsibilities -
❖ Pitch mutual funds and other in-house products to customers by out bound calls.
❖ Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
❖ Onboard customers by completing their KYC and initiating mutual fund transaction (both SIP and lumpsum)
❖ Managing and resolving customer complaints
❖ Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
❖ Be updated with required information using available resources
❖ Identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
❖ Route calls to appropriate resources
❖ Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
❖ Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
❖ Follow up customer calls where necessary
❖ Complete call logs and reports.·
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
