Job Summary:
The Junior Executive – HR is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, attendance management, employee records maintenance, payroll support, statutory compliance documentation, and employee engagement activities. The role ensures smooth HR administration and supports the organization's manpower requirements.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Selection
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultancies, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Employee Onboarding & Induction
- Coordinate joining formalities and document collection.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Ensure completion of onboarding documentation.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor employee attendance and shift schedules.
- Maintain leave records and attendance reports.
- Coordinate with department managers regarding absenteeism and manpower requirements.
Payroll Support
- Assist in monthly payroll data preparation.
- Verify attendance, overtime, incentives, and leave records.
- Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate salary processing.
Employee Records & HR Administration
- Maintain employee personal files and HR databases.
- Update employee information in HRMS/ERP systems.
- Prepare HR-related reports and MIS as required.
- Handle employee ID cards, access cards, and documentation.
Statutory Compliance Support
- Assist in maintaining records related to PF, ESI, Labour Welfare Fund, and other statutory requirements.
- Support compliance audits and inspections.
- Ensure proper documentation of employee records as per labor laws.
Employee Engagement
- Support employee welfare and engagement activities.
- Assist in organizing training programs, celebrations, and employee events.
- Address employee queries and provide basic HR support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred).
Experience
- 0–1 year of experience in Human Resources.
- Freshers with strong HR knowledge may also apply.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Basic understanding of labor laws, PF, and ESI.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Pay: ₹15,112.97 - ₹17,906.96 per month
