- Manage and oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.
- Coordinate office maintenance, housekeeping, security, and facility management.
- Handle vendor management, purchase coordination, and follow-up for office requirements.
- Prepare, review, and submit & Coordinate for government and private tender documents within stipulated timelines.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital records, files, and official documents.
- Draft and manage official correspondence, emails, letters, and reports in fluent English.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments for seamless communication and operational support.
- Organize meetings, prepare MOMs, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars.
- Prepare MIS reports and other administrative reports as required.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order status, documentation, queries, dispatch schedules, and other administrative requirements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Provide documentation and coordination support to HR and Accounts departments.
- Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including booking flight, train, and bus tickets & coordinating travel schedules for employees.
- Handle courier services, office stationery, and other administrative inventory.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English (Mandatory).
- Good knowledge of government and private tender processes.
- Basic Knowledge of Accountancy
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
