Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Education Telecaller to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate will communicate with prospective students, provide information about our courses, answer inquiries, and guide them through the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through phone calls.
- Explain course details, fees, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule counseling sessions and admission appointments.
- Update lead information in CRM or Excel.
- Meet daily calling and monthly admission targets.
- Address student queries professionally and accurately.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, or regional languages is preferred.
