About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Paper Bag / Paper Cup Machine Operator to join our production team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Operate and monitor Semi-Automatic and Fully Automatic paper bag / paper cups machines.
· Set up machines for production runs, including roll loading, tension setting, and print
registration adjustment.
· Perform routine checks and adjustments to ensure consistent bag quality and printing
accuracy.
· Conduct basic troubleshooting and coordinate with maintenance teams for
breakdowns or preventive maintenance.
· Ensure production targets are met while minimizing wastage and downtime.
· Maintain daily production reports and shift logs.
· Adhere to safety protocols, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), company SOPs.
· Collaborate with QC, Maintenance, Supply chain- Store department to achieve shift
target.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–5 years of experience in operating paper bag / paper cup machines (SOS/ Flat handle and Twisted handle) machine operation.
- Basic understanding of printing inks, substrates, and machine maintenance.
- Ability to identify and resolve minor mechanical issues on the shop floor.
- Strong focus on quality, efficiency, and safety practices.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
