Location: Hyderabad(On-site)
Compensation: 3.6 - 4 LPA (Fixed) + Uncapped incentives on each sale
Working Days: 6 days a week and 1 day off according to your schedule

Role Description
We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Associate to join our Hyderabad store team. You will be the face of Culture Circle — guiding customers through their purchase journey, building lasting relationships, and helping achieve store sales targets. The ideal candidate has a love for sneakers and streetwear culture, excellent interpersonal skills, and a drive to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with product discovery and purchase decisions.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge on sneakers, apparel, and accessories.
- Understand customer needs and recommend products suited to their style and budget.
- Handle customer queries, exchanges, and complaints with professionalism.
Sales & Target Achievement
- Meet and exceed individual and store-level monthly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize transaction value.
- Monitor and follow up on pending customer inquiries and waitlists.
Store Operations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and stockroom organization.
- Accurately process transactions via the POS system.
- Support during product launches, in-store events, and promotions.
Brand Representation
- Stay updated on sneaker releases, streetwear trends, and brand developments.
- Actively contribute to a positive, high-energy in-store culture.
- Represent Culture Circle values — authenticity, passion, and style — in every interaction.
Qualifications and skills
- Minimum 10+2; Graduate degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle.
- Genuine passion for sneakers, streetwear, and youth culture.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and MS Office / Google Sheets.
- Fluency in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and during peak sale periods.
